Thai Chicken Burgers (or patties or balls or cakes!)

by Karen Kennaby on March 8, 2013

These Thai Chicken Burgers are really easy to make and full of flavour. A nice one for older children to make on their own or younger ones to help with – just watch little fingers with raw chicken on don’t go near mouths!

I hope you enjoy them!

With love

Thank you, Karen! You said a HOT oven – 200 degrees? I am in US. What does that convert to? 10 minutes at 200 here would leave it raw and barely warm.

Thank you for what you do!!!

HI Karen
Nice recipe – but how do I get a minced chicken? Can I buy it somewhere? Not sure I’ve ever seen it.

hi Margaret
You can buy minced chicken from your butcher or in the supermarket but you can also do your own in the processor/blender (thanks Melinda for highlighting this!)

Mx, get boneless breasts and put them in the food processor or blender, as Karen mentions in the video.
